Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 120% first deposit bonus of up to RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM120, bringing the total balance to RM220 — with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 15 = RM1,800 to be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,800, a bonus of RM1,000 will be received, bringing the balance to RM2,800 — with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

jayakaya also offers a VIP programme consisting of four tiers with varying weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.9%

VIP tier advancement depends on wagering activity and overall member engagement. jayakaya reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to appropriate notice to members.

Any attempt to exploit promotions through techniques such as bet splitting or the use of multiple accounts will result in the bonus being voided and the account in question being investigated.

All games available on the jayakaya platform — including online slots, live casino, fish shooting, Dragon Tiger, sports betting and sportsbook — are operated in accordance with their respective rules set by game providers and the platform's internal guidelines.

Members agree that:

• All game results are final and cannot be contested unless there is a proven technical error
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, altered or withdrawn
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection while a game is in progress, jayakaya reserves the right to void or settle the round based on data stored in the system
• jayakaya reserves the right to void and refund bets if there is evidence of manipulation or a significant system error
• The use of bots, automation software or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited

For sports betting, all displayed odds are based on real-time data and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Mix parlay bets and live betting have additional rules stated in the sportsbook section of the platform.

jayakaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close the account of any member if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraud, identity falsification or provision of false information during registration or the KYC process
• Use of the account for illegal activities including money laundering
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system
• Threats, harassment or inappropriate behaviour towards the support team or other members
• Requests from a competent authority

Members may also request to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the established process.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, jayakaya reserves the right to withhold any bonus balance and, in cases of fraud, to also withhold the deposit balance while an investigation is conducted.
